# Privacy Policy

## Information you enter

The details you type into a card are used in your browser to build the prompt. Promptpan does not send or store those field values or the completed prompt on its server. When counting copies, shares, and likes, only the card number is sent.

Cloudflare may process your IP address and request data to serve this site. To prevent duplicate reactions, the server derives a one-way hash from the IP address and card number. The original IP address is not stored in Promptpan's D1 statistics database. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

## Reaction counts

Likes, copies, and shares are stored as per-card counts in Cloudflare D1. Copy and share deduplication keys are cleared after their day passes. A like key is retained to prevent repeated likes on the same card.

Promptpan currently does not use Google Analytics or another visitor analytics tool. If that changes, this page will describe the data collected.

## Advertising cookies

Promptpan uses the Google AdSense script. When ads are served, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, frequency limits, measurement, and personalized advertising. Manage personalized ads at Google Ad Settings or manage cookies in your browser.
