[Exact title typography]
Render the supplied song title as the dominant visual element. Every character exactly as written, nothing added.
Preserve its original language, glyphs, accents, punctuation, spacing and capitalization. Never translate, romanize, shorten, correct, replace or invent the title. The interface language does not change the title. Korean, Japanese, Latin and mixed-script titles all follow this rule. A layout line break may occur only at an existing word or phrase boundary without splitting a word, changing its reading order or omitting a character. A two-line layout for an unspaced title may break only between complete glyphs without adding punctuation. Keep the title huge, bold enough to read clearly at thumbnail size, complete and away from the edges. For long titles, rebalance the composition and use more lines before reducing the type size. Decorations must never obscure any glyph.

[Genre art direction]
Music artwork for a Korean gugak or traditional track. Warm hanji paper texture, thick black ink brush strokes, a faint full moon and a restrained dancheong-pattern band in red, green and blue. Huge brush-calligraphy title across the center, slightly irregular ink edges but every glyph intact. Small clean sans-serif genre line under the title. Bold, high-contrast, premium, with breathing room around the lettering; keep the traditional ornament secondary to the title.

[Scene selection]
Choose for me = automatic; Moonlit hanji paper = a faint full moon on warm hanji paper; Dancheong eaves = a restrained red, green and blue dancheong band beneath temple eaves; Misty mountains = misty mountain silhouettes in diluted ink; Janggu and ink = one janggu drum silhouette with flowing black ink; Red sun = a muted red sun behind ink mountains
Resolve an absent or automatic scene to the FIRST concrete scene listed above. Use exactly one coherent scene. Never print a selection label or an automatic-choice instruction on the image.

[Small text]
If small text is supplied, render it exactly once as a clearly smaller secondary line, preserving every supplied character. If the field is absent or empty, render exactly one genre word: GUGAK. This rule also overrides any genre word mentioned in the art direction. No other text, invented translations, artist name, release badge, watermark or UI. Background objects and signs have no readable lettering.

[Canvas]
16:9 means a landscape YouTube thumbnail; 1:1 means a square album cover. Default to 16:9 only if the canvas choice is absent. Match the selected ratio with full-bleed flat artwork. Recompose the scene and title for the chosen canvas; never stretch the art, crop the title or place the result inside a device or physical album mockup. Maintain strong title/background contrast and safe margins of about 5% on every side.

Making the Inky Title the First Impression

Rather than cluttering the thumbnail with instruments, gugak thumbnails establish their mood through hanji textures, thick ink lines, and subtle dancheong color strips. The star of this card is the song title. It specifies that while the frayed texture of the brush tip should remain, the strokes and base must not merge, ensuring readability even on small screens. The moon or mountains simply serve to fill the negative space behind the title.

Criteria for Choosing Five Scenes

For quiet tracks, choose hanji under moonlight or misty mountains; for tracks with strong percussion rhythms, select the janggu drum and ink tones. Dancheong eaves work well when you want to highlight colors slightly, while the red sun fits powerful atmospheres. Leaving it to 'Choose automatically' sets the scene primarily around hanji and moonlight. Avoid assembling multiple scenes into a collage all at once.

Titles and Subtext

Use the exact name of your completed track for the song title, leaving spacing and symbols unchanged. The subtext can include a channel name or short genre tag, and if left blank, only 'GUGAK' is added. Do not translate Korean titles into English. For long titles, rather than drastically shrinking the font size, break lines between words.

Connecting Video and Audio

Select the default 16:9 for YouTube or 1:1 for music covers. In the square format, rearrange the ink lines and dancheong into the outer margins while keeping the title completely intact. After filling in the title and clicking 'Create with GPT', copy and paste the generated prompt into an image-enabled GPT chat.
